Yes, that's a good idea and it's already on my mental todo list to include the jack libraries with radium so that you don't have to install jack first.

Jack is not an alternative to coreaudio or wasapi. It runs on top of those. Well, the current Jack release for window doesn't provide option to run on top of WASAPI, but that should be fixed automatically in the next release since Jack uses PortAudio on Windows.
