There are a/b/c/d/e/f/g/h buttons for the main mixer strips, i.e. when unselecting the "M" checkbox in the mixer header.

You have to manually play a new note after setting a new start position. Radiums automations are being defined by continuous functions (by default), while in trackers, effects are defined by discrete functions. Not sure what you mean. Are you talking about where inside the sample to start playing from? In case, that's the "Start position" effect in the sample player, which you can automate. (Radium can play normal MOD files correctly, so I guess it should be possible if you count protracker as being a trad...

Do you have eg-amp, eg-fifths, eg-metro, eg-midigate, or zynaddsubfx? If so, try to set the whitelist to only contain one of those. Those are working for me. It's working for me now. I just had to set LV2_PATH to /usr/lib64/lv2. I have the example lv2 plugins working ("fifth" and so forth) and also zynaddsubfx.
