I'm used to working on a synth outside a DAW via Non-Session-Manager. Now fiddling with Renoise a bit too, I find it hard to work with the plugin GUI in a special window on top of the DAW.
Radium, doesn't display the GUI of the VST instrument by default, but just the parameters. I like it.

I think automation curves are fast (draw a dynamic line in 2 seconds) and have a pleasant workflow. Now you're fiddling with points.

I try to copy and paste a serie of notes. The manual says: Ctr + left mouse, but that does some finetuning instead I think.
