I am having trouble, first time user of Radium. Windows 7 Pro. radium-bin.exe: The program can't start because libgcc_s_seh-1.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fis this problem The program downloaded as a zip file. Looks like a standalone application. No instructions...
