Jack is not an alternative to coreaudio or wasapi. It runs on top of those. Well, the current Jack release for window doesn't provide option to run on top of WASAPI, but that should be fixed automatically in the next release since Jack uses PortAudio on Windows. If there is a problem with jack, it is probably better to fix jack than to replace jack with something else. You need to configure the sound card anyway, so jack doesn't make things more complicated than it would have been othervice, plus that there's a lot of other advantages using jack as well. So...
