A completely fringe feature request I expect being put last in the list!
A note operation I do a lot more then inverting or reversing is to "cycle notes".
With "cycle notes" I mean keeping the notes placement and rhythmic accent in the bar while shifting the pitch so that the first notes pitch becomes the seconds, the seconds becomes the thirds, etc, the last notes pitch becomes the firsts.
I´ve programmed this functionality into ableton and it's a really fun way of finding new sounds, and leans itself well to electronic loop-based music since it creates a wonderful illusion of space being inserted into the repetitive sound.
Implementation:
This should be found under leftclick *edit*->Various
One could cycle notes in both directions, but I'm not sure that is necessary.
One could also do the operation on range track or block but I only think range is nessasary.
Having to chose between the options maybe cycle range forward and backwards is the better option.
Lwin+5 and Lalt+5 should be free (Lalt+5 is occupied but is also tied to Ralt so mayeb no need for the duplicity)
