It seems that with the last couple versions the DEL key is not stopping the note.
The --- mark is put indeed in the track, but the note keeps playing. I have to cut it with the piano roll.

Ouch, thanks for reporting. Will fix now.
(it's probably caused by converting note-stops to the new internal data format)

Fixed. I even added a note to myself in the code when I added this bug, "NOTE: This line is still needed.", but I still managed to screw it up.
