Not directly. You can use OpenMPT though, and convert an S3M or IT module into the MOD format. Radium supports loading MOD files with more than 4 channels. It won't sound as good, but you can use this way to get old songs into the program.

Radium is not really a tracker, I don't think I've ever referred to Radium as a tracker. Internally it's very different, so it's a lot of work to import tracker modules. The code to import MOD files takes the songs apart and puts them together again. It would probably be equally hard to import MOD files into e.g. Logic or Cubase.
