FR: Note Selection Mask

Hey there.
I think a selection mask for cmd-b range selections would be a good thing.
The idea is a pop-up window (basically a "preferences" window how range selection behaves)
with checkboxes from C to B and one for "all" (a.k.a. default)
The note selection doesn't even necessarily need to be visually represented but under the hood notes that
are not checked don't get operated on. (So basically a filter on a note selection array).
If you want to select all c3 notes on a number of tracks that have different notes you will spend
a **lot** of time adjusting stuff. This way we would be talking seconds.
Could also be expanded quite a lot later on when the basics are in place.
(filter every 2nd, every 3rd. Filter above/below specific velocity, filter by octave, etc., etc.)
Let me know what you think.
Best,
tL.
