Heads up: crashreporter messages not always delivered

Hi,
Just discovered that any report containing a line with more than 800
characters have silently not been delivered by the server.
This means:
this may be the reason why the problem hasn't been fixed yet.

characters have silently not been delivered by the server.
This means:
- All crashreports on Linux since 5.9.10 have not been delivered.
- An unknown percentage of all assertion reports (i.e. crashreports where you can continue to use the program afterwards) have not been delivered for a very long time.
this may be the reason why the problem hasn't been fixed yet.
