Mixer Window: Set default height ratio to 1/3.

Hey there.

To clean up the mixer strips a bit on opening it would be visually
better to set the default height ratio to 1/3.

1/3 cleans up the optics quite a lot and is looking instantly more
like regular mixer/plugin strips in other DAWs.

If this is not an option maybe consider adding a default setting
somewhere in the preferences as I am sure a lot of people
(including myself) would prefer a more "typical" looking mixer strip window.
