Fixed velocity on note-entry playback
Fixed velocity on note-entry playback
I'm new to trying Radium, and I greatly appreciate its fixed-velocity features. Is there a way to force the on-note-enter sample playback to be at full velocity, though? It's frustrating trying to figure out a note pattern on my keyboard and hearing a bunch of different levels of volume.
Re: Fixed velocity on note-entry playback
You mean, if you add notes from an external MIDI keyboard, you want those notes to be at maximum velocity?
1. Go to edit -> settings -> MIDI, and unselect "Always use velocity from MIDI input, ...".
2. At the bottom bar of the main window, set the "Vel: 80%" slider to 100%.
I don't have a MIDI keyboard in front of me right now though, so please let me know if that didn't work.

Re: Fixed velocity on note-entry playback
Hm, I guess that's not it. Perhaps you can explain point by point what you are doing, so that I can recreate the situation.
