Which OS should I run Radium on?
- Radium runs best on Windows.
- Linux might also work well. Graphical performance is often better on Linux.
- On MacOS there are both performance and stability problems, but many find it useful anyway.
The two biggest problems on macOS seem to be OpenGL and keyboard handling, but it should be possible to work around these problems.
What are the OS requirements?
- Windows: Windows 7 or newer.
- Linux: glibc 2.27 or newer.
- MacOS x86: macOS 11 or newer.
- MacOS arm64: macOS 12 or newer.

After subscribing, you will get access to the full versions of Radium for Linux, macOS, and Windows.
(Note that Radium for macOS is currently in beta status and is therefore also available for free, but please consider subscribing anyway if you use the program regularly on a Mac.)
To unsubscribe, log into paypal, click the "settings" symbol in the upper right corner, click "Payments", go to "Manage your Automatic Payments", and then cancel the Radium subscription. Or just send an email to k.s.matheussen@notam02.no.
About the subscription model
Subscribing for a year is the same as buying the program + getting one year of updates. In addition, you will get support, and you will be listened to when suggesting new features. And that's it. Radium does not stop working after your subscription runs out.
- You don't need to be connected to the internet to use the program
- There is no keyfile, serial number, or anything else that identifies you with the program. Everyone runs the same program.
- The program has no copy protection.
- You don't need a subscription to use the program. (but please do...)
- The subscription model was chosen since it seems like an accurate way for customers to get what they pay for, and an easy way to support the development over time. It was not chosen as a trick to make people pay more than they othervice would have, so if you forget to unsubscribe before a renewal, just send an email to k.s.matheussen@notam02.no to get the money refunded immediately.

If you select the "Large" option, your feature requests will be prioritized higher than from those who select "Medium". The "Small" option is not available here.
To pay without a Paypal account, select "Pay with a card" in the lower half of the page after pressing "Buy Now".

Information to warez groups
Since the source is open, it should be simple to turn the demo into a fully featured version.
Please let me know of any problems. (Just compiling the source is cheating!)
1 Radium is compiled under Ubuntu 18.04 LTS / glibc 2.27, using GCC 8.4.0. Radium 6.6.77 and older was compiled under Fedora 17 / glibc 2.15, using GCC 8.3.0. 2 The Linux binares do not include the LLVM backend for the Faust Development instrument since it's difficult to make LLVM binaries work across distributions. In case you want the Faust Development instrument LLVM backend, you should compile Radium manually. Arch linux also provides packages for Radium that includes the LLVM backend.
3 Macos x86: Radium 6.9.88 and newer requires macOS 11 or newer. Radium 6.7.68 and newer requires macOS 10.13 or newer. Radium 5.9.46 and newer requires macOS 10.12 or newer. Radium 5.4.0 and newer requires OSX 10.10 or newer. Radium 5.3.3 and older requires OSX 10.8 or newer.
4 Macos arm64: Radium 7.2.87 and newer requires macOS 12 or newer.
