By the way, to quickly jump to, say, bar 4, just press Ctrl + J and then insert "4" into the requester, and press return.

another one: pan column for the instrument multiplier / doubler (I'm not sure how's that called).

Actually, there are midi commands 'all sound off' and 'all notes off' (not 'notes off' for all notes), that midi sequencers send to midi output ports on all channels when 'stop' is pressed. If not the first time, then the second time in a row 'stop' is pressed. I don't know about the vst. Does Radium have midi out ?

" Page up/down are nice if you want to move quite far down or up, but maybe bar length is very often what you expect to be "quite far", not sure."

Well, even shortened to 1 bar , pressing page up/down twice or thrice gets far up or down quickly.

You mean the note duplicator? Sounds like a good idea. Not all instruments support individual panning for notes though.

Yes, select "<new MIDI instrument>" in the track header. And you can send "all sounds off" and "all notes off" messages in the MIDI menu if notes are stuck in a MIDI instrument. Some VST plugins might understand these commands, but in a "Panic!" function, the safest thing is probably just to send note off for all notes.

That's it, the duplicator. Pan for the sampler would make nice unison stereo spread possible.

Make note preview in the Piano Roll optional ? It's not desirable when block in playing. Maybe optional preview notes only when block is not playing ?

Double left click to remove a note works quite well and is often used in many sequencers. That would allow to edit notes with mouse only in both PR and tracker note column. I can enter notes in the tracker with the mouse but not remove them (I think)

In the modular mixer, clicking on object's mute, solo, or bypass selects the object. Maybe this is not a desirable behavior since when I'm working on object A and I click on mute on object B, that selects B and I have to re-select object A to continue editing it. How about selecting only by clicking outside mute / solo / bypass ?

In Radium, the default way to delete something is pressing shift and press right mouse button. You can also remove notes n the pianoroll by right clicking and select delete. Double click could be implemented as well though. Optional note preview sounds like a sensible thing to implement, perhaps you could add it to the feature request/bug tracker?

Sounds like a good idea. Please add it to the feature request / bug tracker. I also need to know if you are a subscriber in order to prioritize implementing less important feature requests.

I'm not a user / subscriber. I found out about the software several days ago and I've been checking it out as I find it conceptually very interesting. I will probably subscribe :). In retrospective, I should have mentioned that while I find the software interesting, I also find some small obstacles in its adoption.

Thanks for reporting. This is very valuable information. Knowing the obstacles of new users is very useful.
